Product overview
Verify KYC is a versatile, user-friendly verification flow that can be seamlessly integrated into websites for identity, phone, liveness, and address verification. It secure identity verification, especially for web3 users. This solution not only simplifies the KYC process for end-users but also improves onboarding conversion rates for businesses. The platform integrates AI and NFC technology for efficient verification, reducing fraud risks while enhancing customer experience.
The solution consists of modular verification components such as ID, address, phone, and liveness checks. Each module can be used individually or combined to meet specific client needs, providing flexibility.
It works seamlessly within the broader Synaps ecosystem. Clients ask their users to verify via Verify, and those users are validated through Agent UI. Clients can then track the entire verification process through Synaps Manager.
Design consistency
The redesign aimed to maintain consistency across the Arcane Design System, ensuring a unified experience throughout the platform. Additionally, Synaps Verify is offered as a white-label solution, allowing clients to seamlessly integrate the verification process into their own platforms while preserving their brand identity. That's why, the Verify is also part of the Generique theme, which is available in both dark and light modes, and allows clients to seamlessly integrate the verification process into their own platforms, while maintaining their brand identity.
UX research & impacts
As part of this redesign, we followed a user-centered research approach, combining usage data analysis to uncover behavioral insights with usability testing to validate key user flows. This process ensured that our design decisions were grounded in real user needs and expectations.
