Product overview

Synaps Manager is the core product of the Synaps ecosystem — an all-in-one SaaS platform for managing identity verification (KYC/KYB). It allows businesses to build custom verification flows, track onboarding, monitor compliance (KPI/AML), and manage user data from a single dashboard.

Design consistency

The redesign aimed to maintain consistency across the Synaps ecosystem, relied on the Arcane Design System. This meant aligning Synaps Manager with the same branding, color palette, typography, and UI language, ensuring a cohesive experience for external clients.

My role

As a Product designer, I've worked on the redesign of the platform and on the creation of new features to transform it into a scalable, intuitive SaaS product. Synaps Manager is the backbone of our system: it’s where clients configure verification settings, enabling end users to go through the KYC/KYB process via Synaps Verify, and where our internal verification agents conduct manual reviews through the Agent UI.
My role focused too on simplifying complex compliance monitoring processes to improve usability, while ensuring the platform could scale efficiently with a growing user base and increasing data needs.

UX research & impact

As part of this redesign, I conducted a user-centered research process that included client interviews to understand their daily workflows, and usage data analysis to uncover behavioral insights. I also planned and conducted usability tests to validate key flows and ensure our design decisions aligned with real user expectations. This approach helped test and validate new features and user journeys effectively.
