Tickets kiosk

Product overview
Our client was a French transport company seeking to improve their ticket purchasing kiosk. I contributed by conducting user testing, developing test protocols, and prototyping interactive screens in English to enhance the experience for tourists.
My role
As a ux designer, I've worked on the user testing protocol by defining the different steps of the test and preparing all the necessary materials to gather the most qualitative insights possible. The context and location for conducting the test made it challenging to engage participants and collect meaningful data.
UX research & impact
Whether digital or physical, a service must always be tested by its intended users. As part of my work with User Studio and other clients, I have participated in numerous user testing sessions. This crucial step follows the prototyping phase and directly influences the final implementation of the service.
Testers profile are selected based on user research profiles to ensure relevant insights. Exposing a prototype to real users helps gather diverse feedback and assess the clarity of user flows. This is a key step in refining the user experience.
✨ I'm so proud to have worked on the foundation of this project. If you're from Paris or recently visited it, you can purchase your tickets from this kiosk in any subway station!
Moreover, this is a brief overview of the project. I’d be happy to dive deeper into the process, the challenges I faced, how I approached them, what I explored, and the ways my work helped enhance the overall experience on a call.
