Project overview
For this project, our client was a hospital seeking to improve the medical consultation areas and optimize workflow of patients from the consultation with their primary care physician to their arrival at the consultation area.
My role & UX research impact
I contributed to defining patient flows to enhance their experience and streamline medical staff operations by conducting in-depth user research through immersions, interviews, and reports. Additionally, I created clear and intuitive deliverables to simplify complex scenarios and developed user plans to improve patient flows to enhance their experience and streamline medical staff operations.
